The program provides full-time employment with gradual caseload independence, real-time case guidance, and access to board-certified surgeons for training.

We offer access to a Board-Certified Surgeon who is enthusiastic about training and mentoring, particularly in advancing surgical skills. Additionally, our diverse caseload includes a steady flow of exotic animals, ensuring a dynamic and enriching experience where no two days are ever alike.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary:$140,000
• All offers include quarterly no negative accrual for new graduates
• Comprehensive benefits package,including paid parental leave
