Job summary

Agiliti Health, Inc is seeking a Rigid Surgical Equipment Technician I to inspect, test, and repair surgical equipment onsite at our Greensboro, NC facility. You will document all services, disassemble and reassemble instruments, and replace defective parts as needed, while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of repair experience, with the ability to lift up to 20 lbs and operate precision tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1-2 years of repair experience.
• The ability to sit, stand, lift, bend and stoop often.
• Lift up to 20 lbs.
• Able to use computer devices and systems.
• Able to operate grinding wheels, soldering irons, sand blasters, Dremel tools, torches, microscopes, and precision hand tools.
• Flexibility in work schedule to meet department needs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, evaluate, and test equipment.
• Disassemble and assemble equipment and instruments and repair as needed, including removal/replacement of defective parts.
• Document all services & testing performed, including parts needed.
• Maintain work area to meet Visual Work Place (VWP) Standards.
• Handle timecard & time off entry, review and submission.
• Perform other tasks as assigned or needed.
