Environmental Resources Management, Inc. (ERM) is seeking a Right of Way (ROW) Agent (Field Based) to support pipeline and electric transmission projects in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and South Dakota.
This 12-month, full-time role involves land rights acquisition, negotiations, and related documentation for project facilities. The position requires 3+ years ROW experience, a high school diploma or better, and a valid driver's license.
Right of Way (ROW) Agent (Field Based) (Project Management)
ERM is hiringRight of Way (ROW) AgentsinMinnesota, Wisconsin and South Dakotato support pipeline and electric transmission project efforts. ROW Agents will be responsible for the acquisition of land, land rights, licenses, leases, permits, and other documents necessary for the construction, operation, and maintenance of facilities. This is a full-time (40 hours a week), limited-term role with a duration of 12 months, extendable.
Physical demands required for the successful performance of this job include standing and/or walking for long hours in a day on uneven and steep terrain, and possibly during variable weather conditions.
For the Right of Way (ROW) Agent position, we anticipate the annual base pay of $72,608– $94,867, $34.90/hr – $45.62/hr USD, limited-term, non-exempt. An employee's pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. We also may have instances where employee's fall outside of the range based on the factors noted above. This job may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/Flexforce employees are NOT bonus eligible).
