Dewberry seeks a Right of Way Mapping Technician to join the Central Florida surveying and mapping team. You will assist in CAD/map preparation, review field notes, and support boundary and description surveys. Remote, hybrid, and onsite opportunities are available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Three years of CAD experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required, minimum.
• Strong mathematical skills are essential.

• Must pass drug and alcohol test and be dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mapping manager with CAD and map preparation.
• Review field notes for information to prepare maps.
• Prepare alignment references and CCR forms.
• Perform deed, plat and document research, title and easement review.
• Work safely and follow safety regulations.
• Prepare Right of Way Map, Sketch of Description and Boundary deliverables.

Dewberry is currently seeking a Right of Way Mapping Technicianto join our Surveying and Mapping department in the Central Florida. The candidate must be able to work in a team environment as a member of a survey department, assisting in the performance of Right of Way Control Surveys, Right-of Way Maps, Sketches of Description and Boundary and Specific Purpose surveys. The position has opportunity for advancement for motivated individuals willing to learn the skills and technology required. • Perform deed, plat & document research, title & easement review.
• Work in a safe manner and obey all safety regulations.
• Prepare Control Survey, Right of Way Map, Sketch of Description and Boundary survey deliverables.
