You will negotiate acquisitions, easements, and rights of way while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements include 5 years of right of way experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of permits, title, due diligence, and community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate land acquisitions and rights of way with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to meet deadlines.
• Oversee licensing, permits, and due diligence.
• Track project schedules and financials.
• Provide support for relocation and appraisal negotiations.
