In this field-based role, you will work with property owners to secure easements, rights-of-way, and property acquisitions while coordinating with project teams and maintaining accurate records. SLC is seeking a detail-oriented Right-of-Way Agent to support land acquisition for utility and infrastructure projects. In this field-based role, you will work with property owners to secure easements, rights-of-way, and property acquisitions while coordinating with project teams and maintaining accurate records.

What you’ll do

Preferred experience

• Reading maps, plats, and legal descriptions.
• Utility, infrastructure, transportation, or electrical transmission and distribution projects.
• Projects funded by federal or state agencies, including DOT, FEMA, or HUD.
