Job summary

Purple Land Management in Houston, TX is seeking a Right-of-Way Agent with 5+ years of midstream energy experience to support land and ROW activities across integrity, corrosion, operations, and maintenance projects. Seeking a Right-of-Way Agent with 5+ years of midstream energy experience to support land and right-of-way activities related to integrity, corrosion, operations, and maintenance projects. This role is responsible for coordinating with landowners and stakeholders, securing access and temporary workspace agreements, negotiating real property agreements, supporting permitting efforts, and resolving land-related issues across an assigned operating area.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting pipeline integrity and maintenance programs, a strong understanding of easement rights and title documentation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Candidates should be proficient with GIS platforms, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and online research tools commonly used in land and right-of-way operations.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Houston, Texas. Parking reimbursement is available, and no company vehicle is required for this role.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Title research and title curative experience
• Experience preparing title updates and ownership reports
• Knowledge of pipeline operations and maintenance activities
