Job summary

Guy M. Turner, Inc. is seeking dependable Laborer / Rigger to support the movement of heavy equipment in indoor and outdoor environments.

This is a physically demanding role requiring safety-conscious teamwork and the ability to lift and maneuver heavy loads. Duties include setup, rigging, relocation of industrial gear, operating forklifts and aerial lifts, and working across varied weather and site conditions.

Responsibilities

Job description

Seeking dependable individuals for Laborer / Rigger positions. Experience is preferred, but not required. This is a physically demanding role that involves working in both indoor and outdoor environments to support the movement of heavy equipment and machinery.

Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Working in both inside and outside environments to provide support in moving heavy equipment and machinery
• Assisting with the setup, rigging, and relocation of industrial equipment
• Operating fork trucks, scissor lifts, and man lifts
• Performing tasks in varied weather conditions and job site environments
• Comfortable working at elevated heights and in confined spaces
• Collaborating with crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently

Requirements

• Must currently hold a valid Driver's License
• Must be able to regularly lift up and carry up to 75 lbs. without assistance and frequently during the work shift
• Ability to work in tight places, climb ladders, scaffolding, and work in a variety of Outdoor conditions
• Familiarity with operating forklifts, aerial lifts, and other job-related equipment (preferred, but not required)
• Must be available for out of town travel to our job sites as needed
• Working schedules may include days, evenings, nights, weekends and some holidays.
