Job summary

MSW Machinery Solutions seeks an experienced machinery rigging supervisor to manage millwright projects on client sites. You will read complex drawings, determine reassembly labeling, and plan pick-up points and strap locations to ensure safe, precise reassembly.

Role requires proficiency with boom lifts, scissor lifts, fork trucks, Versa-lifts, and cranes, plus the ability to walk, stand, and lift for extended periods. Travel is mandatory for this position.

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience managing machinery rigging and millwright projects.
• Read and understand machinery detail and layout drawings.
• Experience determining machinery frame separation points and labeling machinery for reassembly.
• Expertise in determining the pick-up points and strap locations for rigging.
• Experienced with reassembly, leveling, and anchoring machinery on center.
• Experienced with the use of boom lifts, scissor lifts, fork trucks, versa-lifts, and cranes.
• Ability to walk, stand, and lift for an extended period of time.
• Acceptable written and verbal communication skills.
• MUST be able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rigging and millwright projects at client sites.
• Interpret and apply machinery drawings for precise execution.
• Plan pick-up points, strap locations, and labeling to ensure safe reassembly.
• Coordinate reassembly, leveling, and anchoring of machinery to ensure center alignment.
• Utilize boom lifts, scissor lifts, fork trucks, Versa-lifts, and cranes as needed.
• Communicate clearly with site teams and supervisors; travel to locations as required.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Pay based on experience.
• $120/Day travel expenses paid in advance for work more than 50 mi from the Inman SC.
• (5) days paid vacation in the first year.
