Job summary

Brandenburg Industrial Svc Co is seeking a Rigging/High Burner to join our field team. This role covers work across multiple states and includes oxy-fuel cutting at height, crane coordination, and rigging support.

You will operate cutting equipment, adhere to safety policies, and collaborate with a crew on demolition or industrial projects in varied environments. Travel up to 95% is expected.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of burning and rigging experience or crane work.
• Safety minded and responsible.
• Experience operating man lifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate oxy-fuel cutting torch at heights.
• Work with cranes and rigging equipment.
• Follow Brandenburg's environmental and safety policies.
• Wear PPE and work in all weather conditions.
• Use proper hand signals for hoisting and crane operations.
• Climb on high structures and access difficult spaces.
• Maintain regular and predictable performance.
• Collaborate with team on demolition or industrial projects.

Job Title: Rigging/High Burner

Job Type: Full-Time

Travel: Up to 95%

Salary: Hourly Range $22.45-23.45 and benefit package per Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Location: Working in Multiple States (IL, IN, IA, AZ, OK, PA, NJ, TX, GA, AL, MO, KY, TN, FL, OR, VA, NC, VA, SC)

Duties/Responsibilities/Physical Requirements

• Ability to use an oxy-fuel cutting torch while working at heights
• Experience working with cranes
• Knowledge of hoisting equipment and proper hand signals
• Perform safety sensitive tasks
• Perform all work in accordance with Brandenburg's environmental and safety policies
• Ability to work productively in personal protective equipment throughout work shift in all weather conditions
• Agility, bodily coordination & dexterity of hands and feet
• Ability to climb on and work on high structures and work in difficult to access spaces
• Ability to walk and work on uneven surfaces
• Regular and Predictable Performance

Education / Experience

Candidates should have a HS diploma or equivalent; 2-3 Years of burning and rigging experience or crane work.
