Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises, assigns, coordinates and evaluates semiskilled and skilled trades personnel.
• Trains employees to improve quality and productivity.
• Breaks broad strategies down to practical action plans and ensures training.
• Responsible for complying with all drawings, procedures and for manufacturing, installation, testing and process operations with significant financial impact.
