Qualifications

• Ability to interpret and follow rigging diagrams, load charts, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely rig and hoist heavy equipment and machinery using slings, chains, shackles, hooks, and cables.
• Inspect rigging equipment for safety and functionality before use.
• Determine appropriate rigging methods based on load weight, shape, and size.
• Collaborate with crane operators to ensure efficient rigging operations.
• Follow established safety rules and maintain a clean work area.
• Communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance on rigging equipment.
