Job summary

TAKKION OPS MANAGEMENT in Kansas is seeking a skilled Rigger to safely rig and hoist heavy equipment using slings, chains, shackles, hooks, cables, and other rigging gear while following strict safety protocols.

You will inspect equipment, interpret rigging diagrams and load charts, and coordinate with crane operators to ensure efficient operations. Expect outdoor work in varying weather, with emphasis on accuracy, teamwork, and clear communication to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus.
  • Certification in rigging and signaling (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Rigger in a construction, manufacturing, or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to interpret and follow rigging diagrams, load charts, and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
