Qualifications

• Hands-on rigging and load control experience.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Flexibility to travel and work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform rigging, signaling, and load control for heavy lifts.
• Assist with crane assembly, gantry systems, and hydraulic equipment.
• Support wind projects and heavy haul operations.
• Inspect, maintain, and prepare rigging gear for safe use.
• Help with equipment transport, including trucks and trailers.
• Work both in the field and on dynamic project sites.
