Job summary

Optimized Process Designs (OPD) is seeking a Rigger for field projects nationwide. You will lift and move heavy equipment, attach loads with rigging gear, communicate with crane operators, and ensure safe rigging practices in demanding environments. Extensive travel and 12-hour shifts are required.

Required NCCER Rigger Level 1; Level 2+ preferred. Join a Koch Engineered Solutions family focused on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5 years as a rigger or ironworker.
• NCCER Rigger Certification Level 1 is required.
• Must travel extensively and work 12-hour shifts as project demands.

Responsibilities

• Lifting and moving heavy equipment and materials using mechanical equipment.
• Attaching loads using chains, slings, cables, hooks, and other related equipment.
• Able to manually handle and securely apply rigging equipment.
• Attach and detach loads effectively and monitor rigging equipment.
