Job summary

Barnhart is seeking a Driver/Rigger in Louisiana to support crane operations, rigging, and heavy equipment handling on job sites. You will haul, assemble, and breakdown cranes, and assist with load control.

This permanent, full-time role offers competitive pay with weekly pay, 401(k) with company match up to 10%, and benefits after 90 days, including medical, dental and vision. Opportunities for long-term growth exist within a safety-first team culture.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required or in-progress
• Experience with rigging and heavy equipment environments
• Experience with over-dimensional or heavy haul transport preferred
• Ability to obtain TWIC card
• Willingness to travel to job sites and work in field

What You Bring

Required:

• CDL Class A license

• Experience in rigging or heavy equipment environments

• Experience with over-dimensional or heavy haul transport

• Ability to obtain a TWIC card

• Strong work ethic with a safety-first mindset

• Flexibility to work in the field and travel as needed

Preferred:

• Experience with crane support, gantries, or heavy lift equipment

• Familiarity with jack & slide or specialized rigging systems

• Mechanical or machinery experience
