Job summary

Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation seeks a Rig Hand I to support rig operations across West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. Entry-level role working under Rig Foreman and senior Rig Hands, performing routine tasks with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include setup, equipment handling, and routine maintenance of rig gear. CDL-eligible candidates preferred; travel to remote sites required; benefits include comprehensive medical and 401(k) offerings.

Qualifications

• Must follow safety procedures and regulations.
• Strong communication and teamwork in field operations.
• Able to work in variable weather and demanding conditions.
• Willing to travel to remote well sites and stay away from home.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of plugging rigs.
• Safely handle and transport drilling tools and materials.
• Rig up and rig down equipment for plugging/abandonment tasks.
• Utilize rig tools to perform plugging operations.
• Assist in loading/unloading pipe and equipment from truck/trailer.
• Lift and handle tubing and wellhead components.
• Operate rig equipment and perform maintenance checks.
• Attend safety meetings and participate in safety trainings.
• Communicate with supervisors to meet project goals.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
