Job summary

Triton Environmental Consultants, Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to lead daily warehouse operations, supervise production staff, and ensure adherence to safety, quality and company policies.

You will stage and ship outbound loads, inspect inbound shipments, manage inventory in D365, and coordinate dock appointments. The role requires strong computer skills, forklift certification, and excellent communication for cross‑functional teamwork. This is an on‑site position in Mendota, IL.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years warehouse administration experience.
• Forklift certified.
• Must be able to routinely lift up to 55 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Experience in agricultural, additive, or feed industry (preferred, but not required).

Responsibilities

• Stage and ship outbound loads, meeting quality expectations and minimizing shortages.
• Print outbound BOLs before shipment and inspect each load for accuracy.
• Inspect inbound loads to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Enter damaged products and non-conformances into the NCR database and log maintenance requests in MaintainX.
• Scan inbound receipts to a networked shared drive.
• Document, report, and resolve PO discrepancies with supply chain.
• Coordinate ingredient moves to the manufacturing facility with admin support.
• Assist with reporting and investigating customer complaints.
• Learn and use D365 and the warehouse app at an expert level to track inventory.
• Manage inbound/outbound dock appointments through OpenDock and ensure timely loading.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and supplies.
• Participate in safety training.

Job description

The Warehouse Coordinator will provide day to day supervision and leadership to the production staff, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stage and ship outbound loads ensuring customer quality expectations are met while minimizing shipment shortages.
• Print outbound BOL’s prior to shipment inspecting each load for accuracy prior to loading trucks.
• Inspect inbound loads ensuring products are in good condition and meet RFI’s quality standards.
• Enter damaged product and non-conformances into the RFI NCR database.
  Enter maintenance requests in MaintainX.
• Scan inbound receipts to a networked shared drive.
• Document, report, and work with supply chain on PO discrepancies.
• Coordinate ingredient moves to the manufacturing facility with the administrative assistant and transfers to the distribution center through customer service.
• Assist with reporting, investigating, and resolving customer complaints.
• Learn and utilize D365 and the warehouse app at an expert level learning how to track inventory transactions.
• Manage inbound/outbound dock appointments through OpenDock and ensure trucks are loaded/unloaded in a timely manner.
• Perform cycle counts ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and supplies.
• Participate in safety training.
