Job summary

DriveWhip, a mobility provider with a Miami foothold, seeks an Auto Repair Rockstar / Mobile Technician to keep our rideshare fleet road-ready. You will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and use modern diagnostic tools to ensure fast, reliable service.

The role requires hands-on automotive experience, a valid driver’s license, and owning tools. Tesla diagnostics knowledge is a plus; compensation is $25-$35 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanic with auto repair and diagnostic experience.
• Knowledge of engines, brakes, electrical systems, and general maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and fix complex vehicle issues and perform preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose & Repair: tackle mechanical, electrical, and maintenance issues on the fleet.
• Preventative Maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, brake jobs, etc.
• Fleet Optimization: keep vehicles in top shape for reliable rideshare service.
• Tech-Savvy Fixes: use modern diagnostic tools to improve repair efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: work with service and operations for quick turnaround.
