Job summary

Alto is hiring drivers in San Francisco to operate a company-provided luxury SUV and complete Uber trips as a W-2 employee. Earn a guaranteed hourly wage plus tips and employee benefits while the company covers vehicle costs, fuel, maintenance, and insurance.

Pay starts at $20.50/hour with raises after short term periods, and drivers can earn bonuses (including a $1,000 bonus after 25 shifts) with weekly pay options and healthcare coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to drive on the Uber app (no suspensions).
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided luxury SUV and complete Uber passenger trips.
• Get paid by the hour, plus tips and bonuses.
• Maintain safety and provide excellent passenger service.
