Job summary

Alto is hiring rideshare drivers in San Francisco to operate a company-provided luxury SUV on the Uber app. You will be a W-2 employee with guaranteed hourly pay, tips, and benefits.

Pay starts at $20.50 per hour with raises after about one month, weekly bonuses, and optional On-Demand Pay. A $1,000 signing bonus is offered after 25 shifts. Healthcare coverage including dental and vision is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to drive on the Uber app (no suspensions).
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.
