Job summary

Alto is hiring rideshare drivers in San Francisco to operate a company-provided luxury SUV as a W-2 employee. You will complete Uber trips, earn guaranteed hourly pay plus tips, and benefit from weekly pay and health coverage.

Qualifying drivers must be 25+, hold a California driver’s license with at least 1 year of US driving experience, pass a background check and drug screen, and be fluent in English. Alto offers a $1,000 bonus after 25 shifts and safety-first support.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to drive on the Uber app (no suspensions).
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive passenger trips on the Uber app using a company-provided SUV.
• Deliver great rides with safety as a priority.
• Maintain professional conduct and assist passengers as needed.
• Adhere to Alto policies and safety guidelines.
