Job summary

Alto is hiring drivers in San Francisco as W-2 employees to drive a company-provided luxury SUV and complete Uber trips. Earn a guaranteed hourly wage plus tips and benefits, with a $1,000 bonus after 25 shifts. Weekly pay and On-Demand Pay are available, including 100% of tips and basic healthcare coverage.

Flexible scheduling and opportunities to take on extra shifts are offered. Eligible candidates must meet driver and background checks, be 25+, and hold a valid CA license with at least 1

Qualifications

Must be eligible to drive on Uber app (no suspensions).
Must be 25 years of age or older.
Must have a valid California Driver's License with 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Must have a clean driving record.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Drive a company-provided luxury SUV on the Uber app to complete passenger trips.
Earn a guaranteed hourly wage plus bonuses and tips.
Maintain safety and provide excellent customer service.
