Alto is hiring San Francisco drivers to operate a company-provided luxury SUV as W-2 employees, with the Uber app for passenger trips. You will earn guaranteed hourly pay, plus tips and employee benefits.

We cover vehicle costs and offer weekly pay with direct deposit or On-Demand Pay, plus a $1,000 bonus after 25 shifts and basic healthcare coverage including dental and vision. Flexible scheduling supports busy lives and opportunities for extra shifts.

Qualifications

• Eligible to drive on the Uber app.
• Must be 25 years or older.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with at least 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive customers using Uber app on a company-provided vehicle.
• Maintain safety and provide quality service to riders.
