Job summary

Alto is hiring rideshare drivers in San Francisco to provide a premium, driver-friendly experience. Drive a company-provided SUV, with gas, maintenance, and insurance all covered, and earn hourly pay plus tips on the Uber platform.

As a W-2 employee, you’ll receive a guaranteed hourly wage, weekly pay, and benefits including healthcare. A $1,000 bonus after 25 shifts is available for eligible drivers, with flexible scheduling and unlimited unpaid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to drive on the Uber app (no suspensions).
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided SUV and complete passenger trips on the Uber app.
• Earn a guaranteed hourly wage plus bonuses and tips.
• Maintain safety and provide excellent customer service.
