Job summary

Alto is hiring in San Francisco for immediate starts as a rideshare driver. You’ll drive a company-provided luxury SUV, earn hourly pay with bonuses and tips, and receive healthcare coverage. Weekly pay and On-Demand Pay options are available, and a $1,000 bonus is offered after 25 shifts.

Eligible drivers must be 25+, hold a CA driver’s license with 1+ year driving experience, pass a background check, and maintain a clean driving record. Fluency in English is required.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to communicate verbally and follow directions from our Driver Support team.
• Comfortable with navigational apps (Uber driver app, Google Maps, emails, web browsing).
• Use company-provided mobile devices and applications to support data collection activities
• Accurately document route information, observations, and any issues encountered during driving sessions
• Capable of entering and exiting the vehicle consistently to assist customers with their luggage.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to sit for extended periods.
