MTM, Inc is seeking a Dispatcher to direct day-to-day route and trip operations from the Phoenix office. The role involves organizing trips, assisting drivers, and coordinating with providers to ensure safe, on-time performance.

You will monitor communications, document incidents, and report issues to the manager. The position requires a high school diploma, call center experience, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
  • 1 year Call Center experience.
  • 6 months Customer Service experience.
  • 2+ years in transportation routing, dispatching, scheduling preferred.
  • 1 year experience with the applicable transit scheduling system preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with phone call information and dispatching of rides.
  • Organize and route trips based on schedule and location to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide directions and assistance to drivers for destinations.
  • Assist drivers and transportation providers with scheduling issues.
  • Maintain communication with transportation providers.
  • Record incidents and provider no-shows or on-time performance.
  • Inform providers of next-day trips and new trips.
  • Monitor radio, phones and on-road service quality.
  • Record departure times, destinations and return times.
  • Provide feedback on drivers’ performance.
