As a Ride Technician, you’ll provide a high level of technical, electrical, and mechanical expertise in order to ensure our guests enjoy a thrilling, breathtaking – and safe experience. Qualifications

  • High school diploma, trade school or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of one year verifiable industrial maintenance experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and conveyor systems.
  • Possesses a valid driver's license.
  • Good written communication skills required to complete maintenance documentation.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and managers.
  • Proven team player.
  • Possess professional quality tool set.
  • Lift, carry, push and pull up to 50lbs. on a frequent basis.
  • Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout work shift.
  • Able to work on high steel or wood structures.
  • Able to wear a full body harness.
  • Able to be respirator trained.
  • Work both indoors and outdoors, exposed to a variety of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Ride Technicians grow within our structured career ladder - Compensation ranges from $25.00 - $27.00 (plus), based on relevant external experience and/or internal progression.

What you get to do:

What it takes to succeed:

  • Perform the following physical activities on a frequent basis; stand, walk, climb, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead and reach overhead, simple grasp and fine manipulation tasks
  • Perform all cleaning duties, including use of cleaning chemicals
  • Promote and ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and fellow ambassadors
  • Work a flexible schedule/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays
