Responsibilities

• Supports the Ride & Show Engineering team with project management, reporting, analysis, and other technical program management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participates in multidisciplinary technical reviews and project coordination meetings, assisting with tracking key decisions, technical issues, action items, and cross‑discipline interfaces.
• Assists with the coordination and tracking of vendor engineering packages for review by third‑party inspection bodies, including documentation, submissions, comments, and follow‑up activities.
• Supports the development and regular updating of the Ride & Show Integrated Master Schedule, coordinating with discipline leads and vendors to track progress, milestones, deliverables, and project dependencies.
• Assists with documentation, planning, and coordination activities associated with third‑party vendor manufacturing inspections and audits.
