Job summary

EMP Trust HR Solutions is seeking a Grader Tech Maintenance Assistant in Stuttgart, AR to support operation and inspection of rice grading equipment. The role involves cleaning, sweeping, and assisting with maintenance while following safety and food safety rules.

Candidates must read and write English, be physically capable of climbing up to 25 feet, lifting up to 80 lbs, and standing/walking for long periods. Training will be provided for equipment and required paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must read, speak, write, and understand English.
• Willingness to climb up to 25 feet.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operation and inspection of grading equipment used for rice size separation.
• Perform cleaning using compressed air and sweeping of equipment and area per schedule.
• Follow Safety and Food Safety rules and wear PPE as required.
• Assist with maintenance on grader machines and related paperwork as trained.
