Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking an Associate for the RIA Custody Client Services team to deliver high-quality service to Registered Investment Advisor clients and drive asset growth. Qualifications

• 2-5 years in financial services with an emphasis in providing an excellent client experience.
• Proven experience with fundamentals of providing service excellence, including skills to build rapport, determine client needs, and ability to educate clients on Goldman’s products and services.
• Ability to find success in a dynamic, deadline driven, and detailed compliance environment.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
• Strong technical skills including word processing, spreadsheet capabilities and the ability to support our clients as they utilize our web-based products.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Team player with demonstrated initiative through participation in job related groups or committees.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary or secondary point of contact for business-to-business clients with RIAs and craft personalized solutions that drive asset growth and retention through the GSAS platform.
• Demonstrate strong industry and operational expertise over assigned business segment, such as investment and banking products and services.
• Keep open communication with client regarding events, key issues, or new product releases that could impact the relationship.
• Collaborate with onboarding new clients, delivering against client objectives to ensure satisfaction, and support new products and services to drive business growth.
• Serve as an internal champion for clients.
• Create reporting that provides leadership transparency into client segments and regional performance.
• Host quarterly reviews with clients to share user activity and product trends with detailed statistics.
• Monitor client satisfaction through internal benchmarks and regular feedback on platform/services/processes.
