DOCS Health is seeking General Dentists to serve Reserve Service Members at your own practice locations in Wisconsin. Through our network with QTC and the Defense Health Agency, you’ll receive referrals to address exams, restorations, endodontics, and surgical needs.

We handle the billing directly, offer flexible participation with no mandatory requirements, and provide credentialing support along with scheduling assistance from our team and partners.

Qualifications

• Need own office location.
• Copy of License.
• NPI.
• Copy of CPR certification.
• Copy of Certificate of Insurance (COI).

Responsibilities

• Provide essential dental care to Reserve Service Members in your own office.
• Handle care across exams, restorations, endodontics and oral surgery as part of referrals.
• Utilize scheduling assistance and ongoing support from DOCS Health and partners.
