Qualifications

• Active State License in dentistry is required.
• NPI registration is required or in process.
• CPR certification is required.
• Malpractice insurance coverage is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential dental care to Reserve Service Members in your own office.
• Perform exams, restorative procedures, endodontics, and oral surgery as needed.
• Coordinate with DOCS Health and DHA/QTC for referrals and scheduling.
• Maintain credentialing and compliance with program requirements.
