DOCS Health is seeking General Dentists to provide essential dental care to Reserve Service Members in your own office. Through our partnership with QTC and the Defense Health Agency, we refer 100,000+ Service Members annually to local practices for exams, restorative, endodontics and oral surgery.

Patients are pre-identified based on their dental needs. We offer flexible participation with no mandatory requirements, simple credentialing and ongoing scheduling support from DOCS Health and

Qualifications

• Active State License required in Idaho.
• NPI number required.
• CPR certification required.
• Malpractice insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential dental care to Reserve Service Members in your own office.
• Perform exams, restorative, endodontic and oral surgery procedures as needed.
• Participate in a flexible program with scheduling and credentialing support.
