Job summary

DOCS Health invites General Dentists to join our network and provide essential care to Reserve Service Members at your own office. Patients are pre-identified and aligned with your practice’s capabilities, including exams, restorations, endodontics, and minor oral surgery.

We partner with QTC and the DHA to route 100,000+ Service Members annually. Enjoy not billing insurance, direct provider payments, flexible participation, and dedicated support for credentialing and scheduling.

Qualifications

• AZ dental license active and in good standing.
• NPI number required.
• CPR certification required.
• Malpractice Insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dental care to Reserve Service Members at your own office.
• Exams, restorations, endodontics, and minor oral surgery as needed.
• Collaborate with DOCS Health and DHA program partners to coordinate care.
