DOCS Health seeks General Dentists to provide essential dental care to Reserve Service Members right in your own office in Hawaii. Through our partnership with QTC and the Defense Health Agency (DHA), we refer Service Members to local practices, offering a direct-pay arrangement and flexible participation.

Qualifications

• Active State License to practice dentistry in Hawaii.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required.
