Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology is required.
• Licensed or license-eligible clinical psychologist preferred.
• Administrative leadership experience in higher education is required.
• Minimum five years of full-time experience in higher education.
• Familiarity with APA Standards of Accreditation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site academic and operational leadership for the RI campus and Clinical PsyD program.
• Lead curriculum development, accreditation preparation, and program assessment.
• Recruit and support faculty, supervise doctoral students, and manage partnerships.
• Oversee internship placement and alignment with APPIC/APA expectations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to advance RI campus initiatives and strategic priorities.
• Maintain teaching responsibilities and participate in governance as assigned.
