Job summary

Saint Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City, MO seeks a BC/BE Rhinology and Skull Base Surgeon to join a well-established ENT practice. You will manage sinonasal disease with ablative and reconstructive skull base procedures and collaborate with skull base neurosurgeons and other specialties.

The position offers a guaranteed salary with productivity incentives and excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, malpractice insurance, retirement plan with employer match, PTO, and CME allowances.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible ENT surgeon with Rhinology/skull base expertise.
• Experience in sinonasal disease management and skull base approaches.
• Strong collaborative skills with neurosurgery and other services.

Responsibilities

• Provide full scope rhinology care including ablative and reconstructive skull base procedures.
• Lead in a hospital-based ENT practice with multidisciplinary teams.
