Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines is recruiting for a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – Rheumatology to be based across multiple territories in the US, including the Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Alabama regions.

The MSL will act as a field-based scientific expert, develop relationships with KOLs, and provide non-promotional scientific information to health care professionals while ensuring compliance and integrity.

Qualifications

• Doctorate level degree or equivalent experience required.
• Post graduate experience preferred for doctoral level candidates.
• Must hold a valid US Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a scientific engagement plan for the territory that aligns with Medical Affairs strategy and objectives.
• Cultivate professional relationships with KOLs to advance scientific credibility.
• Engage in high-quality two-way scientific exchange with healthcare professionals.
• Deliver relevant scientific data tailored to HCP needs through clear dialogue and presentations.
• Identify challenges and unmet needs and propose evidence-based solutions or educational initiatives.
