Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Medical Assistant in the Rheumatology clinic to support patient care and daily operations in Elmhurst, IL. The role involves preparing patients, collecting specimens, performing routine tests, and assisting physicians with clinical tasks.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license if off-site work is required. Bilingual Spanish is preferred, CMA/RMA/CCMA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR certification (AHA).
• Valid driver's license if off-site duties are required.
• Flexibility for scheduling changes including evenings, overtime and Saturday rotations.
• Preferred: CMA, RMA or CCMA certification with active status.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical examinations, obtain specimens and perform routine lab tests.
• Perform phlebotomy and record results under supervision of a physician.
• Handle clinical and administrative tasks to support clinic operations.
