Job summary
Medpace in the United Kingdom is seeking Advanced Nurse Practitioners/Clinical Nurse Specialists with Rheumatology/Immunology experience to support clinical research studies as clinical experts alongside physicians. This role does not involve direct patient care but focuses on medical management and safety monitoring within study teams.
You will develop education for internal teams, review safety data, participate in protocol reviews, and contribute to client proposals and pre-study activities,
Qualifications
- Masters or Doctorate in nursing (or equivalent).
- Active NMC registration with pin number.
- Significant experience as a CNS or ANP within Rheumatology/Immunology.
- Clinical research experience preferred.
- Evidence of autonomous clinical or research work at senior level.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement disease-specific clinical education for internal teams.
- Review study safety data as part of the medical monitoring team.
- Review protocols for scientific and participant safety matters and risks.
- Attend pre-study meetings with project teams, providing clinical expertise.
- Assist the Clinical Operations team with recruitment, screening and study conduct.
- Provide clinical input in Medpace's written proposals for conducting client trials.
- Serve as a clinical expert in business presentations to new clients.
