Boehringer Ingelheim in Omaha, NE seeks a Rheumatology Sales Consultant I/II/Sr. to implement sales and marketing plans for ILD products, engaging clinics and rheumatology clinicians. The role covers teaching and community hospitals and requires travel with some overnights and weekend meetings.

Responsibilities include building HCP networks, pre-call planning, data-driven territory management, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver value and grow market share.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience; 2+ years rheumatology experience preferred.
• Strong communications skills are required to perform the job satisfactorily.
• Ability to travel with overnights and some weekend programs.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and other relevant applications.

• Maintains and utilizes product knowledge and selling skills to influence targeted health care professionals to support BIPI promoted products.
• Establishes and maintains effective communication with internal BIPI employees.
• Develops clinic and customer pre-call plans to meet HCP and account needs; build discussions around HCP needs and opportunities.
• Identifies key business needs and develops plans with internal stakeholders.
• Analyzes territory information to optimize HCP calls.
• Develops plans to maximize Speaker and regional programs.
