Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist providers during office visits and procedures.
• Take vital signs and document health history.
• Record medications, allergies and labs in the EMR.
• Administer injections and immunizations as directed.
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinic areas.
• Coordinate referrals and patient communication.
• Maintain infection control and OSHA guidelines.
