Jackson Physician Search is recruiting a Rheumatologist to join an established Tennessee practice. The role offers a set Monday–Friday schedule with standard clinic hours, no evenings or weekends, and a private-practice feel with full infrastructure and a supportive team of 2.5 providers.

The financial package includes a $320k+ base salary with bonus incentives, a $50k sign-on, and $25k retention bonuses at 1st and 2nd anniversaries, plus a $6k CME allowance.

Responsibilities

• Set schedule of Monday–Friday with standard clinic hours, no evenings, no weekends
• Established practice with an amiable team of 2.5 providers plus support staff
• Individual 'pod' set-up for new provider within existing clinic: a private practice feel with full infrastructure
• Pre-existing patient base will contribute to a rapid ramp-up
