Job summary

MUSC Health Catawba Division in Lancaster, SC seeks a board certified or board eligible Rheumatologist to join a collaborative team and grow rheumatology services in a rapidly expanding region.

The position is mainly outpatient with minimal hospital coverage, offers an infusion center shared with oncology, and teaching opportunities for internal medicine and family medicine residents in a supportive academic-affiliate environment with advanced diagnostic resources.

Qualifications

• MD/DO and BC/BE in Rheumatology
• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in South Carolina
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand MUSC’s Rheumatology services in the region
• Mainly outpatient with little to no hospital coverage
• Teach internal medicine and family medicine residents
• Brand new infusion center shared with oncology
