Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic in Yakima, Washington, seeks a Rheumatologist to join our mission‑driven team, expanding rheumatology services for underserved communities. You will evaluate, diagnose, and manage autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal conditions, collaborating with primary care and specialty peers to deliver patient‑centered care.

This role offers competitive compensation starting at $325,000 annually, generous PTO, comprehensive benefits, CME support, loan repayment

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency program.
• Completion of an accredited Rheumatology fellowship.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Rheumatology.
• Washington State medical license or ability to obtain.
• DEA registration or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of rheumatologic conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including biologic and DMARD therapies.
• Interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and other diagnostic tests.
• Provide patient education and long-term disease management.
• Collaborate with referring providers and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational goals.
