Boston Medical Center Brighton, a member of the Boston Medical Center Health System, is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Rheumatologist to join our Department of Medicine. The ideal candidate will provide patient-centered outpatient rheumatology care across Brockton and the South Shore, collaborating with primary care and specialty colleagues.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
• Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions.
• Provide comprehensive outpatient rheumatology care in Brockton and surrounding communities.
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialty providers to coordinate patient care.
• Partner with pharmacists and other members of the care team to optimize medication management and monitor treatment response.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical program development, and care pathway optimization.
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and advanced practice providers as desired.
• Contribute to growth and development of rheumatology services within the BMC Health System.
