Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Rheumatologist to join a team of four Rheumatologists serving central New Jersey and Bucks County, PA. The position offers a comprehensive compensation package and a 40-hour work week with a 1:4 call schedule.

We provide a supportive environment with RN/MA staff, APP assistance, and opportunities for teaching and professional growth within a large health system.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology.
• Current New Jersey medical license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical care for diverse patient populations and pathology.
• Supervision of Medical Residents and Advanced Practice Providers.
• Assistance provided by APPs.
• Dedicated RN and MA staff to assist with duties.
• Participation in hospital-wide performance improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Call Schedule 1:4.
• Quality of Life with comfortable hours and schedule flexibility.
• Teaching opportunities for the right candidate.
• Strong administrative support for physicians.
• Located within commuting distance to NYC and Philadelphia.
