Job summary

Boston Medical Center South, part of the Boston Medical Center Health System, seeks a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Rheumatologist to join our Department of Medicine in Brockton, MA. The role offers opportunities for teaching, research collaboration, and expanded rheumatology services within a multispecialty network.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and managing rheumatologic conditions, coordinating with primary care and specialty colleagues, and contributing to quality programs.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and Massachusetts licensure eligibility.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology.
• Completion of Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage broad rheumatologic diseases and autoimmune conditions.
• Provide outpatient rheumatology care in Brockton and surrounding communities.
• Collaborate with PCPs and specialists to coordinate patient care.
• Coordinate medication management and monitor treatment response.
• Participate in quality improvement, clinical programs, and care pathways.
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and APPs as desired.
