Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. seeks a Rheumatologist in Munster, IN for a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday with 1:3 call rotation. The role emphasizes building a patient-centered practice in a tech-forward environment.

The ideal candidate is Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear certification plan, licensed in Indiana, and experienced with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation. Strong teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Rheumatology, or Board Eligible with plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic, treatment, and management for autoimmune and inflammatory disorders including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, osteoarthritis, and vasculitis.
• Manage a high-volume outpatient clinic focusing on chronic disease management and complex autoimmune cases.
• Oversee in-office infusion services and monitoring of biologic therapies.
• Perform joint aspirations, ultrasound-guided injections, and soft tissue injections as part of treatment plan.
• Educate patients on long-term disease progression, medication safety, and lifestyle changes.
